ANNOUNCEMENT FOR LIBRARY MEMBER CARD SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

We a group of Rakhine people are starting a program that is to give the British Council Library Member Card Scholarship (one year library card) to five people a month regularly and we are trying to carry on the program every month. To be able to study English using the materials at the British Council effectively is our aim. As it is known that being a library member at the BC( British Council) has many great chances to improve English Skills in a short time, and also it is not easy for everyone to be a member there since the membership fee is high comparing to other libraries.

Therefore, the people who are so eager and enthusiastic in studying English at the library are welcome for applying this scholarship. Please pass this information to the people who would be interested in.

The deadline for the application form is July 15 and the candidates who are chosen will be informed during a week and will be asked again for the process of being a member at the BC library.
